You can select non-consecutive items in a list by first interacting with the list and then using vo+command+return key to select the folders you wish. You You can always check what you’ve selected with the command vo+f6. Once you’ve selected the items you wish, press the usual copy command to copy them to the clipboard or delete command to delete the items.
