Hello, There is a bit of an easier way if you trust your computer… Open Contacts app on the Macintosh and then in the “Card” menu there is an item to “Look for Duplicates”. The other thing you can do on the Macintosh is select multiple entries in the list of contacts and then select Merge selected cards. I have often found this to be effective, and if there are cards that Mail can’t fully merge it might add items to the notes field so that data is not completely lost.
