On macOS, I just hit cmd-shift-a when the page loads. The nice thing is that I don't even have to find a text field. The down side is that it auto-fills the first saved username/password in the list, so if I've saved more than one, I don't know what would happen. Still, it's faster than finding a field, arrowing, and pressing enter.
