Yes, it can be tricky so the way I deal with it in my own personal spreadsheets 
is to put a series of letters or symbols in the cell underneath the last row 
and then use the find facility command+f to jump there if I get lost.  Remember 
that when you do a search like this, use the command+` shortcut key to get out 
of the search window rather than escape key.  In this way you will be exactly 
on the content you were looking for.  So to clarify, I put “xxx” in the cell 
below the last row, then if i want to find it I press command+f, put “xxx” in 
the search box, press enter, wait for Voiceover to say “xxx”, and then press 
command+`, and I’m in the cell where “xxx” is located.
