Hi Wayne, This is how you do it: 1 restart your mac and hold down command_r 2 wait like 2 minutes (depending on how fast your drive is) 3 keep hitting command+f5 until VO comes up 4 once VO starts talking you’ll see you are in a table, interact and choose disc utility 5 in disc utility select your macintosh hd in the left column and then hit erase in the toolbar 6 choose your format and hit erase 7 once its done hit command+q and you’ll be back in the utility categories list 8 choose reinstall mac os from the list and follow the prompts.
