Hi, Open “Mail” application and then you may want to adjust your preferences in Mail by calling up preference window with command+,. You will most probably be placed immediately in the toolbar. As you vo to the right, you will see various options you can adjust. Once you select a button for a particular category, stop interacting with the toolbar by pressing vo+shift+up arrow, and vo+right arrow to find the options you can adjust. Under the “view” category, you might initially be better off by choosing classic view layout. To return to Mail, press command+w. Classic view layout gives you a list of all your mail boxes and to the right of the list you will have message list with which you need to interact by pressing vo+shift+down arrow.
You may also want to go to the menu bar of Mail with vo+m and explore the various options there.
