Hello Mike, First of all, are these voices the standard Infovox iVox voices? The voices that come with GhostReader cannot be used for voiceOver as they are slimmed down versions of the Acapela voices.
I ask because you refer to them as ConvenienceWare voices. If what you have are Infovox iVox voices, you should download the latest versions from the AssistiveWare website and install these. The licence you received will work with the new voices. Installing the voices you already have would be a waste of time as they will not work with SL and will only have to be uninstalled again.
