Here's the way I know:

* in Safari, press cmd-comma to open preferences
* choose "websites" from the toolbar
* interact with the scroll area and move to "auto play", then stop interacting 
and vo-right to the websites table
* find the website you want (the current website open in Safari should already 
be selected) and change the settings
* cmd-w to close the preferences window and you're done
