Hi, The Bank of America changed its site a few months ago. I first started paying bills with Google Chrome and used it for other things. Now Google Chrome is acting weird and not even showing me the links that I need to use to get to things. Last night I made Internet Explorer my default browser and tried to pay my bills three different times. I tried it on another computer today and when I got to Make Payments, it took me out of the payments section. When I called the bank,, they said that all of my payments registered and went through. However, I should be able to see whether the payments went through myself so that I could copy down the confirmation number. Should I delete Google Chrome as a browser? I really don’t want to do that but the app nhas become unresponsive. When I talked to the person at the bank today she said my payments had gone through on Microsoft Edge.
