Hi Daniela, In my experience, Mars Edit from Red Sweater Software is a god-send when it comes to WordPress. Incredibly accessible and you can sswitch between HTML and rich text with one easy key stroke.
It's a paid program but definitely a worthwhile addition to any blogger's workflow.
