I’ve been trying to add a couple of entries to the VoiceOver Pronunciation
table. However, when trying to type in the substitution for the new addition I
run into an issue where as soon as I key in a letter that begins an existing
entry, I get popped into the field of that already-entered word.

Has anybody else encountered this issue?

Does anybody have a work-around for this?
