Well, Simon, I guess when it comes right down to it, there's nothing
like personalized human assistance--especially if they're paid well
enough so you can get away with being grumpy sometimes! <grin>

Frankly, and in all candor, I'm not convinced that the self-service
world we is much of an improvement.I prefer humans to apps for many
things. But, come to think of it, not all things. I guess my screen
reader does a better job of reading my mail.

So, there I go, ambivalent again!
