Hey there, I think WordPress is the solution you're looking for here. If you plan for your website to just be a static portfolio, meaning you won't be updating it on a consistent basis, WP would have quite a few templates that would suit your needs.
If WordPress and all its features are too intimidating, there are numerous portfolio creators on the web where you just enter your desired info and it makes a generic albeit well-presented page.
