Yes, there are several free apps in the app store which will do this. I have not yet fully tested them.
I am becoming both iOS and Android now that I have figured out how to perform the Google TalkBack Angle gestures consistently. So, I am waiting for the latest Pixel and Samsung phones to be announced on the 9th and 11th of next month respectively. I will continue using my iPad Pro, and may well upgrade to the forthcoming iPad Pro 11".
