the only way I can download anything from Amazon on my Mac is to go to where my orders are. in the order details for each orders, there's a download link for you to download a zip file of whatever it is you bought. I have the Amazon music downloader for Mac but I've never been able to get it to do anything. you're supposed to be able to download from your Amazon music library but it's completely inaccessible if you ask me.
