Hi,

the easiest method is to use iCloud Photo Sharing. When using iCloud Photo
Sharing, your photos are shared between the iPhone, the Mac and iCloud with one
library. So, creating albums on one, creates the album on all locations. It
is a very slick operation. The main concern though would be iCloud storage
space. A 50 GB storage allowance would likely keep around 10,000 photos. If
you went with this option, you would just need to enable iCloud Photo Library
on both the Mac and iPhone and the photos would auto-populate your Mac with no
interaction on your part.

If you'd like more detailed instructions, let me know.

Hi everyone,

I have a lot of photos on my iPhone that I’d like to offload onto my Mac mini.
If anyone has been able to successfully do this, I’d like to know how. I’m
still fairly new to Mac after being a long-time Windows user, so hope this
isn’t too elementary a question. I’ve gone into the Photos app but can’t seem
to find a good way to at least get VO to identify the images. If there’s any
write-up on using Photos with VoiceOver, that would be helpful.

Thanks,
Pete De Vasto
