Hello, 
Does anyone know of a good guide on how to create a new shortcut for IOA 12? I 
am trying to create two shortcuts to log data into the health app, and have 
figured out how to do something simple like log my heart rate by modifying the 
Log My Weight shortcut from the shortcut gallery. I am now trying to write a 
shortcut to log my blood pressure from entering systolic/diastolic/heart rate. 
I then want to write a shortcut to log mindful minutes which when done manually 
requires a start time and an end time. I need to set the start time as current 
time minus mindful minutes.
I don’t really understand the basics of writing shortcuts and cannot fined any 
guidance on this other than the sample shortcuts in the gallery.
So does anyone know of a good overview of how shortcuts work?
