Hi, First, is VO not announcing CapsLock all the time, or just when you are in a password field? Remember, you don't need to use CapsLock unless there is a long string of characters that require capitalization. If it's just a letter at the beginning, or a letter or two, then use the Shift key to capitalize instead of the CapsLock.
