Kristeen I use to have a sighted friend use FaceTime for audio chatting and TeamViewer for Remote Access. Yes TeamBiewer is very VoiceOver (VO) Friendly. Since it is iMac to iMac, just use Messages for Remote Access and Audio Chatting.
