Hi, You can set up a Hot Corner. For example, you can set your computer to lock the screen whenever you move the mouse pointer into the top right corner of the screen. So, just before you left your computer, you would move the mouse to the top right corner, the screen would lock and only your password would allow entry into the computer. It doesn't lock the keyboard per say, but makes the computer unusable to anyone who does not know your login password. To set up a Hot Corner, go into System Prefs, Desktop & Screen Saver, select the Screen Saver tab, press on the Hot Corners button and set the corner you wish to use to the Lock Screen item.
