Hi, I've seldom found Acrobat to be useful when manipulating PDF's. Adobe has improved accessibility, but I find it extremely awkward and inconsistent. Preview will now allow you to fill out fillable PDF's. Interact with the document area then use the tab key. Hopefully, the creator of the form labelled their fields, otherwise, you still may have frustrations.
