Yeah I've just watched it this evening due to time zoning and work getting in
the way of being able to watch it this morning.

I've just checked out the full specs on the apple website and I gotta admit
both the Air and the Mini do come across as nice sounding devices.

The air I have to say really makes me keen on it until I see it's only got one
option for a processor,
 That's an 8th gen I5 1.6GHz processor,

If that was changeable to an I7 2.2 or similar processor then hay I'd be in.
16GB ram, up to 1.5Tb ssd,
It would be a bloody good device, almost equal to a pro.

Oh well , that lost my purchase,

 The mini, hels teeth
I changed the ram and ssd in the basic model to 16GB and 1TB and that is nice,
really really nice, I was interested though that the 10Gb ethernet was via a
USB C adapter for $170 NZ Dollars,

Still I'd buy one if I needed a new desktop.

 The iPad pro nice, faceID
USB-C
Faster processor, space increased if you needed it.

 But I'm still confused,
Is it 2 new iPad pro's?
A new 9.5 and a 11 inch new iPad Pro devices?

I noted they are keeping the iPad Pro 10.5
I'd look at a 9.5 if it was the newer format.

I do think the bigger like on the iPad for me was the being able to charge
from it such as connect your iPhone and charge it from your new iPad Pro, that
to me is very cool and very useful.
The Pencil is a nice new charging option / pairing option similar to what
Microsoft have with their surface pro devices.
I think overall I like the new line except for the Mac book airs processor
which I personally think limits people such as myself who need to be able to
switch between windows and mac os

The 1.6GHz I5 just wont do windows well.

But hey I can wait 12 months.
