Hi, Use the same format as you would in Numbers. That is, interact with the table,, press VO-shift-back slash to bring focus to the headers, press VO-up/down until you hear Column reference tab, and press return. You will now be focused on the ABC etc column references. VO-right/left to the column you wish to sort by, press VO-shift-m to bring up the Contextual menu and select the sort parameter you wish, either ascending or descending.
