Hi Mark, I'm having a similar problem to the one you answered, when you said that the person should be able to open the mp3 in Itunes. What happens to me is that I can open the file in Itunes, but it doesn't show up anywhere that I can see in Itunes if I want to click it again. In my case, its sky.fm playlists that are .pls files that go into my downloads directory and then get opened by itunes, but don't show up in Itunes. I can't find out where Itunes stores pls files. I've found all the media files, but not playlists, and these sky fm playlists are not automatically adding to my playlists under the sources table. Any ideas where they're going? Sky fm help has not been useful in this regard; I've asked them twice, since they recommend opening their streams with Itunes if you use a Mac, and both times, their responses have been nonresponses, telling me it should work. Well, it doesn't. <smile<>
