hi, Probably your most up-to-date resource would be the Apple Books version of iPhone or iPad User's Guide for iOS 12.1. I don't have your model of keyboard, only an Apple wireless keyboard or the special keyboard thing on my iPad Pro. For me, the FN-VO-up/down will open the Notification and Control Centres, as well as the Option-up/down while in the Status bar. I do know that some third party keyboards don't sync as nice as others.
