Hi, No, it's not possible to add more than one voice for a given language/dialect. For instance, you cannot have both Samantha and Tom in the rotor as they are both US voices, but you could have Samantha and Daniel as one is US and the other is UK.
The exception to this is that your default Voiceover voice can be in any language/dialect and does not take over the rotor setting for that language/dialect. So, for instance, if my default Voiceover voice is Daniel, I could also have Kate in my rotor under English UK even though Daniel is also a UK voice.
