Hi, What kind of account. If a G Mail account, you may need to check the MailBox Behaviours tab of the Accounts pane in Mail Prefs. It sounds to me like it is not syncing properly between the Mail client and the server. That is, the draft message remains on the server when you try to delete, so it just shows up again after a few minutes.
