You should be verbally prompted to start VoiceOver with command-F5. At
least, this is what normally happens. If you don’t get prompted, just press
command-F5 after about fifteen or twenty seconds of turning on the machine.
From there, you will have speech and you can follow the on screen prompts
through the setup assistant steps.
