I am signed into my iCloud account. My payment information is updated and all correct. Everything seems fine, but I cannot download, or rather, re-download an app I want. It allows me to press the re-download button and then it gives the message “cannot connect to the app store”. There is no more information anywhere. I have googled and gotten nowhere. Does anyone know what I might try. This has been going on for a few days now. I have rebooted the system, but this does nothing.
