Hello, My understanding is that Keyboard Maestro has been usable with VoiceOver since the 6.2 days. In version 8.4 that came out in 2017, the release notes specifically indicate additional support for VoiceOver. That being said, I never purchased it. Also, I believe you can get a demo from the web site. A few years ago, I tried to get a group together to design some standard automations for VoiceOver users but the discussion never really got off the ground.
