Matt, CRM Or Service Management Tool?
Oracle Service Cloud is only available for windows I've been told! It's also bloody crap for accessibility and works best in IE according to my boss who says it's the best product available. I've not used it but Microsofts CRM I've not used but they do have a lot of apps for the iPhone which do appear to be pretty accessible from what I've seen of them. I can't say much about he web based CRM interface. Axios a service management product is very usable but costly.
