Who knows exactly what was happening. It was a work iPad that was sidelined because we were not doing any accessibility work on the IOS platform, so my wife had borrowed it for a couple of trips where she had downloaded content to watch on the plane. She had deleted her accounts from the iPad before giving it back to me. (iTunes/NetFlicks) and then it refused to upgrade to IOS 11 claiming there was not enough memory, but nothing was showing up using great quantities in storage. For work purposes, I only needed the “AIR Secure Browser” and so wiping everything and starting from a fresh IOS was perfectly fine.
