Hi Jonathan, Yeah thought of that but it would still show as having input volume controls even though muted.
And with out the BT 600 bluetooth dongle the headset works fine via MacOS built in Bluetooth It’s looking like an issue between Mojave 10.14.2 and the BT adapter, Output is fine it’s just input. Both Skype and Cisco soft phone will use either default microphone or the USB Plantronics. I wonder, there are three buttons on my plantronics and one of them is mute, any chance there is a microphone mute functionality that you are hitting against?
