Has anyone actually used this service?  It pops up on my news feed on facebook 
all the time, and I’ve read so many mixed reviews on the subject that I 
unfortunately don’t know what to believe.
  I like how responsive they are at getting back to you when you make a 
comment, and it’s not the same generic auto respond type post where the company 
just tags your name to the post like I’ve seen with so many others’.
