Hi, I was able to partially duplicate your issue when I used ctrl-f8. Once focus moved up to the Menu Extras, only one item was available. To fix this, I let go of the VO keys, then pressed the right arrow, then pressed the VO keys once again and was able to navigate normally in the Menu Extras. I seldom use the ctrl-f8 method as regular VO-m-m works great for me.
