Hello Harry,
With your Braille display connected, open VoiceOver Utility and select Braille 
in the side bar. Select the second tab, Displays then navigate right to the 
button Assign Commands. Press VO-Space Bar and you’ll find a table showing the 
commands for your particular display.
You can assign your own commands or change existing ones that don’t suit you. 
When you’ve finished looking at them, click the Done button.
