Hi, The Later Agent is the agent that handles the things that you say that you'll deal with "later". These are things like Software Updates that you decide to install later instead of right away. The Later Agent keeps track of that so that it can remind you later. Sorry if the word "later" was over-used in this explanation, but I was having fun.
Typically, this is a blank overlay. For sighted users, they would never notice it because it is like an overhead transparency and they would simply click where they normally click and be none the wiser. As a VO user though, these sorts of agents often rear their ugly heads because the Later Agent, or whoever agent, grabs VO focus but has nothing for us to act upon. Usually, cmd-tab or a physical mouse-click will bring focus to a more usable activity. HTH. Later...
