Hi Erik.

yeah this is possible, but this setting is pretty much hidden. You can do the 
following:
1: Open up the Voiceover Utilities
2: Go to the menu bar and choose File
3: Choose Export settings
4: A "save" window comes up where you can save your settings to a file. Move 
your Vo cursor next to the "Browser" place where you can choose where to save 
your file, and there you'll find a popup button where you can choose what 
settings you wanna export. THere, you can choose only to export your Braille 
input key settings.
