Hi, Lay the LogicTech keyboard flat on the table, place the iPad between the corner things as best you can, with the Home button to the right side. Press down firmly, but slowly on both sides at the same time until it snaps into all four corners. You won't break the iPad, but if there's a manufacturing defect with the keyboard case, you could damage it. If it does have a problem, I'd just take it back to BestBuy and let the geeks mess with it. If they break something, it's their problem, not yours :).

I looked online, and it says to press down on all four corners. Every time I try, one corner pops up. It's as though the case is just the tiniest bit too small. I'm afraid if I push any harder, I'm going to break the iPad. Is there some trick to this. It says on the box that the case works with a 9.7 inch iPad, so that would indicate that there is some way to make this thing work.
