HI,

To delete apps using your computer.  just go into the apps list in iTunes and 
remove the apps you don't want.  The next time you sync, a dialog should pop up 
asking if you want to remove the application from your iPhone, or copy the app 
back on to your computer.  You can also delete apps directly from the phone.  
Double tap on the app you wish to delete and on the 2nd tap hold your finger 
down until you hear a tone.  Now voiceover will say delete infront of all your 
apps.  double taps on the apps you want to delete and follow the prompts.
