Hello All: Those who are using Back Blaze, how is the tech support? Do they know how to work with screen readers? I have used Carbonite for over ten years but have found their tech support has deteriorated significantly of late. This is most unfortunate as they have been unusually responsive in the past. As a result, I have canceled my account with them.
