Hi, When you fold things around, you need to fold it so that the back of the keyboard is against the back of the iPad. I usually get it wrong two or three times before I remember how to do it. Just keep trying. There is only a couple places that allow the fold to go either direction, so that might help. Don't force things, it just works when you figure it out. The iPad will stand more vertical when you have it folded this way.
