TC, I don't know where you got the idea they haven't put much into it. When it first came out, they responded promptly end effectively to suggestions from blind users. On the mac side, they actually surveyed us during development.
In your sendspace wizard there is a list which by default should show the files and folders in your send space account. If it doesn't, then press the home button for that list and it will. You can arrow down to the folder you want to add to and press enter to open it. Then you can upload and whatever you send will go into that folder.
