Hi So trying to set up windows over 4 days before thinking maybe I should ask someone that knows everything,
So to google I went, It appears that if your on a pre 2015 mac and therefore needing to use a USB flash drive to download the boot camp and windows installation files And your using Mojave and attempting to install windows 10 version 1809, You will without a doubt get this same issue. If on a later than 2015 mac machine then it wont give probels. It is known that 1809 gives this issue and you neeed to Stop trying to install windows 10 1809, Instead install via boot camp windows 10 1803 the 2018 april version. This installs without issue And then once windows 10 1803 is installed you then upgrade to 1809 In my case I opened the installation image and clicked setup.exe and the installer did what it needed.
