Hi, Agreed. It could be charged twice a day if that's what is needed. It's kind of a cycle thing, not a number of charges thing. For example if you charge it from 30 to 70% one day, and from 20 to 80% the next day, then you've charged it one cycle. That is, you charged it 40% the first day, and 60% the next day, which adds up to 100%, one cycle. Phone batteries have a optimum number of cycles and once it reaches that point, battery life is not particularly useful. Aslo, unless theres' something wrong with your device, there are controls within that reduce the amperage so that the phones do not over charge. So, basically, you should be fine. In Settings, Battery, there's a way for you to check how well your battery is doing. If it's at 100% in there, then your battery is like new. If it's at 80%, then it s still fine. If it's at 30%, then it's near the point of needing replaced as it is only able to do 30% as good as a brand new battery.
