Hi, The Qardio Arm is a wireless blood pressure monitor. It's very compact and does not actually have a display as such since all the functionality is handled through the app instead. It uses triple-a batteries so there are no cords. It's totally accessible out of the box with the Qardio app for iPhone or Android as it has an in-app tutorial for setup. The only difficulty would be when it talks about making sure that the emblem is pointing down. You can either have sighted assistance, or know that when you wrap the cuff around your arm, the main block of the monitor is on the inside of your arm, and wrap the cuff counter-clockwise away from your body. Beyond that, you do everything from the totally accessible app. It's available from Apple, Amazon and probably some other places.
