We've had to cancel the odd soccer game when there's been a bear on the other side of the fence eying the rolling ball. Sometimes we've even had to not let the students out for recess because a bear decided to test out the playground and equipment. These are certainly not everyday experiences, but they do happen. Penguins are probably much less concerning :). Later...
