Hi list. I just purchased the orbit reader and I must say that so far I am very impressed with it. I am looking now for an easy solution to translate rtf txt and doc files to be read on the orbit. Most of the things that I need to access are in Greek but also in English contracted braille. What do people use on the Mac as a braille translator. Duxbury is obviously out of the question with its ridiculous price. I found the lib Louis translator but I don’t have the knowledge to compile it for the Mac and even then I don’t know if it is accessible to voice over. I downloaded braille blaster, but, for the life of me, I do not understand the user interface and I didn’t find any reference to a Greek braille table. I know there is odt2braille but I tried it in open office and it doesn’t seem to work at all. Any help is very much appreciated.
