Mark, As someone who has lived in Hawaii for 20 years and, for a time, three blocks from the Royal Hawaiian Apple store you speak of I must first wholeheartedly agree with your impression of the store. Many good times spent purchasing products and learning to use said products. As a matter of correction the store is not part of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel it is in fact a stand along located in the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center not far from The Cheesecake Factory.
