Hello, My Mac Mini 2013 with 16GB of RAM has no VO thing, unless it is explained more clearly.
I don’t know if it is still true but ensure that you get the spec you want because they are not upgradable now. Yes the software is but the hardware is not. I would love to be wrong on this.
